What do people often want to know about how your one-on-one sessions, group classes, or retreats actually work?
People often want to know what to expect and how the process works. For 1:1 sessions, they ask what happens step-by-step, how long it is, whether it’s on Zoom or in-person, and how to prepare (space, clothing, hydration). They also want to know what breathwork feels like, whether it can be gentle or more intense, and what support is available if emotions come up.
For group classes, they ask if it’s beginner-friendly, whether they have to be on camera or speak, and how the group is guided safely. For retreats, they want to know what’s included, what the schedule looks like, the level of structure vs. free time, and what results or takeaways they can expect—plus any travel/lodging details and what to bring.

People often worry that they won’t “do it right,” that breathwork will feel too intense, or that they might get emotional and not know what to do. Some wonder if it will actually work for them, especially if they’ve tried other things before. Others worry about safety (like anxiety, panic, pregnancy, heart conditions, seizure history, etc.) or feel nervous about being seen on Zoom.
