I created this space for anyone craving calm, clarity, and a safe place to come back home to themselves. Through breathwork and nervous system support, I help you release what’s heavy, reconnect to your body, and move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.

My Journey to Breathwork

I didn’t come to breathwork because life was easy—I came to it because I needed something that could actually help me breathe through real life. Breathwork helped me move through stress, emotional overwhelm, and the weight we carry in our bodies. The more I practiced, the more I noticed changes—more calm, more clarity, and a deeper connection to myself. That’s why I created Sacred Path Mind Body: to guide others in a grounded, safe way using breath, somatic support, and gentle coaching so they can release what no longer serves them and step into their next chapter feeling empowered.

My Philosophy

I believe healing happens when we come back to the body. My approach blends breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic support to help you release what you’ve been holding and reconnect to your inner calm. I guide with compassion, safety, and intuition—always at a pace that feels supportive.
